Do you have a technical and mathematical understanding and are you enthusiastic about the production of food? In our varied training program, you will learn step by step about all the production processes involved in our sustainable industrial production of bakery and confectionery products. Taking our hygiene and quality standards into account, our trainers will show you how to control, monitor and check the various production processes. A dedicated contact person is always available to answer your questions and help you to grow with your new tasks and challenges.

- Production of our high-quality products according to the specified recipes
- Learning the technical expertise for the optimal operation, monitoring and control of machines and systems
- Quality assurance of raw materials and end products as well as carrying out production checks and chemical/physical tests
- Cleaning, operating and maintaining technical production facilities
- Drafting and reviewing legal regulations and provisions
